About your new role… We have a wonderful opportunity to join CCEP in this Logistics Systems Analyst role. The primary responsibilities of the Logistics Systems Analyst are to support the operation of IT and OT systems, and to identify, plan, and execute, changes to warehouse processes & systems to improve operational efficiency for both manual and automated processes. This is to be achieved by strategic planning in line with business direction, targets and KPIs, and through close stakeholder collaboration, internally and externally. In this role, you will deliver various IT and systems projects and provide system support to local stakeholders and teams on a daily basis. What will you be doing? Manage warehouse OT equipment (RF/VMT/Voice Terminals, Thermal Printers, etc…) Manage RMA processes and perform regular asset audits to ensure sufficient availability Manage inventory of spare devices, parts, and accessories Asset lifecycle management and replacement planning for EOL/EOS devices Assess new technologies/equipment to meet changing business requirements In the event of unplanned outages, manage incident response, coordinate vendors, local contacts, and remote support staff until the issue is resolved. By their nature, such occurrences may include times outside of normal business hours. Support IT Infrastructure Teams Provide on-site assistance to remote IT support team to troubleshoot network/application issues Provide on-site support to implement networking and infrastructure changes SAP/WMS Testing, Validation, and Implementation Perform testing in non-production environments to provide feedback, identify, and resolve issues Perform Post-production validation testing after major infrastructure or software changes Manage vendors to implement new functionality to existing systems as requirements change Troubleshoot and resolve application & hardware issues; individually and with vendor support Business Intelligence / Data Analysis / Administration Liaise with state and national teams to obtain, cleanse, and analyse data from a variety of sources Determine feasibility & cost savings for proposed projects, and identify areas of improvement Administer, manage user privileges, and perform regular audits, of the current WMS application Create and maintain ad-hoc reports for local operational teams Warehouse processes Analyse warehouse processes and systems to identity potential improvements, and manage the implementation of those improvements Daily monitoring of critical warehouse processes Provide user-level support for OT systems (SAP/WMS/etc…) Assist the inventory team with inventory related tasks as required Perform quarterly cycle-counts of the high-bay warehouse Let's talk about you! Must Haves: Experience working in an FMCG (or similar industry) warehousing environment Complex problem solving and system analysis skills In-depth understanding of common warehousing processes A proven track record of managing relationships and building partnerships with key stakeholders, both internal and external A demonstrated track record of partnering with teams to execute change programs Ability to communicate effectively to a diverse range of stakeholders Understanding of basic network concepts (IP Addressing, VLANs, L4 Protocols) Beneficial: Experience with WM Systems & SAP ECC IT based course Basic SQL skills Intermediate/Advanced Excel Skills What's in it for you?
