Exciting opportunity for an Organisational Change Manager to join a not-for-profit organisation! You will lead the development and delivery of change initiatives within the organisation ensuring a successful implementation of the organisation's overall Strategic Plan whilst building organisational change capability and discipline. Key accountabilities Develop and implement change management approaches to support Strategic Plan initiatives and projects, utilising expertise, external insights and understanding of organisational needs. Conduct impact assessments to understand the implications of proposed changes. Define change management plans, including communication strategies, training programs and stakeholder engagement activities. Map key stakeholders and create engagement plans to understand their perspectives and needs and gain their buy-in and involvement. Develop and deliver effective change communications to ensure clarity, transparency, and understanding of change objectives and impacts. Coordinate and facilitate change related activities, workshops, and training sessions to build change readiness and capability and overcome resistance. Liaise with project teams, senior leadership, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration. Assess the organisation's readiness for change and develop approaches to build awareness,openness, and readiness. Monitor and measure change adoption and identify barriers or resistance and implement actions to address. Develop and implement change evaluation measures and metrics to assess the effectiveness of change management efforts.
