As the Salesforce Developer you will drive innovation and technical excellence whilst developing in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Lightning Design System, and other technologies to build customized solutions. Reporting to the Platform Manager, this role will suit someone who is comfortable with being part of a forming team/squad/domain and will thrives in a fast-paced and commercially evolving environments. What does the role involve? Collaborate with vendors, cross-functional teams to understand requirements, design technical solutions, and develop high-quality software to meet business and customer needs Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring adherence to standards from both internal teams and vendors. Identify and resolve technical challenges, debugging issues, and optimising end-to-end application performance. Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities across technology, processes, and ways of working. Who are we looking for? 3+ years' experience in similar roles Experience working within similar corporate / retail environments, working in a Technology team and partnering with the business to achieve business outcomes and optimise customer / end user experience Technical Skills Tertiary qualified or equivalent industry experience Proficient in Salesforce architecture, Apex, Flows, workflow design, triggers, SOQL, SOSL, Visual Force, Appexchange, Custom objects and Community Cloud Experience with version control systems and collaborative coding workflows Experience working in different development software development environments (e.g. SDLC, Waterfall, Agile) and utilising various design patterns Proven experience managing projects through all phases of project lifecycle Why work for us?
