In this highly rewarding role, your focus will be to oversee the safe construction and delivery of superior quality homes, completed within specified timelines and budgets. More specifically, your responsibilities will include: Responsibilities The allocation of materials and trades to job sites to ensure timely construction of quality new homes Ensuring that homes are built in accordance with contractual arrangements and approved drawings Inspecting completed work to ensure high standard of quality workmanship Ensuring that homes are completed on time and within the allocated budget Ensuring construction is carried out safely and in accordance with company processes and systems Ensuring our valued sub-contractors and trades understand and are complying with the company Safety Management System and the WH&S legislation and internal operating systems Liaising with customers and council, as required to provide an unbeatable customer service Ensuring that the required documentation and paperwork is completed during the building process Qualifications To be successful in this highly rewarding role you will demonstrate alignment to the purpose and core values of Arden Homes and NEX Group along with: A Building Trade Certificate or tertiary education in Construction Management Experience within the Residential Project Home Industry Strong communication skills and composure with the ability to build solid long-term relationships with trades and vendors Proven scheduling skills and the ability to coordinate multiple service providers and suppliers to complete homes expediently Considerable knowledge of the methods, practices, tools, materials and work standards related to the building of residential homes The ability to identify defects or problems proactively and take the necessary actions to rectify or prevent problems  Strong problem-solving skills with a passion for working in a fast paced environment About Us Arden Homes was established 13 years ago and has built a reputation as being Victoria's leading builder of all-electric and 100% carbon neutral homes.
