The Position: As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth across both Traffic Management and Civil Construction sectors. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building relationships with clients, and expanding market presence. With your background in traffic control, sales, and the construction industry, your expertise will be a valued resource for the team. Key Responsibilities include: Identify and pursue new business opportunities initially in Traffic Control and Management, and then continuing into the Civil Construction sector. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions. Develop and execute strategic sales plans and strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives. Utilize your working knowledge of the construction industry to identify synergies and cross-selling opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects and services. Prepare and present compelling proposals, pitches, and presentations to potential clients. Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms for both parties. Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and technological advancements. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities. Experience and Qualifications: Background in traffic control with a strong understanding of traffic management principles and regulations. Proven track record of success in sales and business development. Working knowledge of the civil construction industry. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, with a sense of urgency, and a results-oriented mindset. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
