The Opportunity:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Small Works (SMWX) Project Engineer to join our Digital Building Business. Reporting to the Solution Delivery Manager will be located at our Brisbane office, this role is responsible for Engineering and Commissioning of SMWX projects - Building Management Systems (BMS). Delivering works to the site standard or national engineering efficiency program (EEP) standards.

Adherence to Schneider Electric's Customer Project Process (CPP) focuses on improving operational performance and ensuring consistent execution everywhere. Collaboration and Cooperation with Admin, Sales and Service support teams will be vital, as well as being open to new learnings as you develop yourself within the Schneider business.An exceptional opportunity awaits. In addition, you have the following skills:Tertiary or trade qualifications in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic or related disciplineUnderstanding of building management systems principles with ideally 5+ years of relevant industry experienceExperience with project design documentationCommissioning of BMS controls in conjunction with HVAC commissioningMaintain effective communication with project stakeholdersExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong knowledge of IT network infrastructure and structured cabled systemsElectrical License (full or restricted) desirableValid Australian Drivers LicenseAbility to successfully obtain a defense clearance which would include unrestricted working rightsBenefits of working for Schneider Electric;
