You'll be responsible for Wherever appropriate, apply repair cost benchmarking, alternative parts reporting, and scorecards to improve repairer performance. Contributing to improving the customer service of Selected and non-Selected repairers. Wherever practicableplete total loss reports within 24 hours of assessment. Understand customer insights and feedback. Act to put the best interests of our customers at the heart of everything we do. About you Trade qualification & significant post apprenticeship experience as a Panel Beater, Spray painter or Motor Mechanic. Have a significant understanding of the Motor Vehicle Insurer Code of Conduct.
