Program/Project Development Lead

Responsibilities: Lead the ideation & discovery phase of projects and programs, collaborating with stakeholders to define the problem/opportunity statement, project objectives, scope, and requirements. Conduct thorough analysis and assessment to identify potential risks, dependencies, and opportunities for solution optimisation. Develop high-level strategic plans and initial roadmaps to guide project execution and ensure alignment with organisational goals and priorities. Support adherence to TMOernance principles, standards, and processes. , development and approval of a business case to secure sufficient funding for execution. Serve as an Agile coach, providing guidance, mentoring, and training to team members on Agile principles, methodologies, and practices. Facilitate Agile ceremonies and workshops, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, to promote collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement Agile best practices, tools, and techniques to enhance team effectiveness and delivery oues. Drive adoption of Agile frameworks and practices, fostering a culture of agility, innovation, and continuous learning across the Digital team.
