Details of Position: - Assist Branch Manager to manage the operation of the shop
- Build up strong customer relationship
- Drives sales through effective merchandising and promotional activity
- Build up strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and complaints resolution
- Provide feedback to staff about performance and expectations
- Prepare sales and retail-related reports
Job Requirement
Qualifications Requirement: High School
Experience Requirement: 5 Years
Others: - Strong communication and customer service skill
- At least 5 years' solid experience at managerial level in jewellery retail industry
- Good communication and written skills on both English and Chinese including Cantonese and Mandarin
- Strong business sense, with logical thinking and analytical ability
- Good leadership with ability to coach and motivate sales team to achieve sales target and high sense of responsibility
- Ability to work Saturdays and Sundays on a rotational roster
- Ability to work with POS systems, Microsoft applications and portable devices
