About the role: The Senior Manager, Product & Retirement plays a pivotal role in optimizing Hostplus' customer experiences and driving marketing improvements. Tasked with overseeing 'Product & Retirement' communications, this role strategically matches Hostplus products with customer needs through targeted campaigns. Collaborating closely with various departments, the Senior Manager ensures seamless integration of marketing programs across the customer lifecycle, contributing significantly to Hostplus' growth and success.

About you: The Senior Manager, Product & Retirement at Hostplus is an innovative leader spearheading strategic initiatives within the dynamic 'Product & Retirement' business units. Elevating Hostplus to new heights, the candidate excels in:

·Driving Growth: Providing strategic leadership to ensure effective service delivery, resulting in unparalleled member growth and engagement.

·Strategic Marketing Mastery: Directing 'Product & Retirement' marketing units to craft and execute plans aligned with business objectives, with a keen focus on cutting-edge digital marketing techniques for acquisition and retention.

·Compelling Communications: Offering expert guidance on customer communications, orchestrating impactful campaigns, and ensuring alignment with the annual Marketing Calendar.

·Financial Precision: Masterfully managing budget planning, team dynamics, and reporting to safeguard and enhance members' financial interests.

·Innovative Decision-Making: Researching and crafting business cases, Operations Committee, and Board papers to drive innovative decisions that propel Hostplus forward.

·Accountability and Collaboration: Taking accountability for overall business outcomes, ensuring a collaborative environment that maximizes team safety, cost-effectiveness, risk management, and brand reputation.
