In this position you are driving excellence in execution across our warehouses in Australia and New Zealand, some of them are fully owned and controlled by Kraft Heinz and others are operated in a 3PL model. We operate in a mix of ambient and frozen. This role is the connection between the Transportation and the Warehousing teams directly impacting the service levels that Kraft Heinz delivers to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:  Directly manage an admin team across various locations supporting invoice processing and administrative tasks.Lead daily team meetings driving improvements in the Accounts Payable area, dealing directly with suppliers, payments, and reconciliations.Supporting operational excellence in warehouse and transportation processes across 3PL and Kraft Heinz owned distribution centres and operations.Implement and execute global Kraft Heinz operational standards through our LOG.OS programSupport other manages with processes relating to inventory management and pallet control. Work together on continuous improvement programs with the CI Logistics Team and the Warehousing teams to ensure smooth implementation that does not disrupt service.Support and input in the annual budgeting cycle with the zero-based budgeting frameworkLeading short- and long-term resolution of system integration errors within WarehousingSupporting the wider team to fulfil Service Levels in line with customer expectation, influencing deliveries being on time and in full. Internal stakeholders include, heads of distribution centres, external 3PL partners that supply warehousing support, transportation team, Supply and Operations teams and Supply Chain Finance. Contribution towards KPI of delivering goods on time, and in full.Support strategies and support relationships for: Carrier Management, 3PL Management and Warehouse layout and productivityAbout you: At Kraft Heinz you'll easily be exposed to senior management, no matter your level. Therefore, it's important you have excellent communication skills. Achieving results is nice but achieving results with the team is simply the best. You're a great team player, which means you're sometimes a leader, sometimes a follower but always working towards the same common goal together with your teammates. 

Experience in Transportation and/or Warehousing. Prior experience in an FMCG environment is a benefit.Bachelors / master's degree in engineering or Logistics preferred. Experience in working with Warehouse Management Systems and Transportation Management Systems, A high degree of familiarity and practice of analytical tools (such as Tableau and Power BI), and expert user in MS ExcelA strong command to understand and communicate clearly and effectivelyExtensive experience in change managementSome experience in warehouse automation (layer pickers, AGVs, automated high bay, etc.)
