Reporting to the GM, International Markets, you will have responsibility for:

Ownership and responsibility of P&L and sales revenue of the ANZ businessLeading your Commercial, Customer Experience, Medical, HR, and Finance teamDevelop and execute local business strategy in line with regional and global strategyOversee and manage budget and financial forecast aligned with the P&LDrive integration of the local company culture in line with the global company's values and behavioursDevelop a deep understanding of the external business environment, competitors and emerging trends to influence and drive sales in a highly competitive environmentMonitor and ensure timely distribution of agreed financial reportsEstablish and maintain effective relationships with major customers, relevant government departments, agencies, local authorities, key decision-makers and other key external stakeholdersWork closely with HR to build framework to support people management, assign accountabilities, resource planning, performance management and recruitmentAs the successful candidate, you will have:

Proven experience as a General ManagerExtensive leadership experience in the pharmaceutical industryP&L ownership experienceCollaborative, inclusive and hands-on style to leadershipExperience across a breadth of therapy marketsStrong communication skillsStrong problem solving and analytical skills with an excellent business judgementAbility to work in a lean, highly dynamic and fast-growing organisation with demonstrated capability to be at ease in a matrix structure with ability to influenceMost of all, you will have an entrepreneurial spirit, the ability to thrive in an environment of growth; work effectively within cross-functional teams; will be highly innovative and creative and have a passion for highly innovative therapies that can dramatically improve patients' lives.
