You'll proactively engage with leaders, human resources, work, health and safety representatives, government agencies, unions and other stakeholders, fostering genuine partnerships to manage employment and industrial challenges. You will contribute to internal briefings, CBRC submissions, Ministerial and ELT updates.The ideal candidate will possess technical expertise in the IR and ER field, with contemporary generalist human resources knowledge.
