The role will be instrumental in supporting the organisation to make sound business decisions through analysis, insights, advice, and guidance.The Head of Business Performance will drive improvements to uplift financial planning, performance management and reporting by implementing leading practices and maintain a standard set of finance performance tools and templates to drive consistency, high standards and quality outputs.
