Reporting to the General Manager, HR Consumer and Customer & Corporate Services, you will be focused on developing talent and workforce design to meet the business needs now, and in the future, and lead fundamental shifts in culture and employee engagement.In this role, you will take carriage of developing and executing the people strategy to support the overall strategy for Customer Solutions in line with the Group strategy. You will develop a clear view of the workforce and capability required to deliver on this strategy. You will advocate for the cultural and behavioural change required in the business and align with broader HR transformation strategies. In this role you will drive the overall talent agenda for business success, delivering strategic talent solutions to grow and develop leaders. A strong influencer and confident communicator, you will lead the change and transformation agenda within your portfolio to embed Agile work practices. You will partner with the HR Business Partnering team to deliver both strategic and tactical HR initiatives and demonstrate a continuous improvement mindset, simplifying processes and making it easy for our people.What's in it for me?You will play a significant part of the future of a business that has been around for 200 years. You have a strong commercial mindset and a well-developed strategic lens. You thrive within a fast paced and Agile/ CoE-led HR structure and are an exceptional communicator and strong relationship builder who builds rapport fast, allowing you to confidently influence and debate with colleagues, peers and senior stakeholders.
