In return, we will provide you with an environment where you will feel supported to share your ideas and feel appreciated.How you'll make an impactAssist in carrying out lifestyle assessments of residentsPromote happiness, wellbeing and quality of life for residentsAssist in delivery of various workshops, social and other activitiesActively participate in the delivery of activity programsDocument any changes to resident's activities or as required by Occupational Health & SafetyCommunicate with residents and their familiesThe traits that will help you succeed in the roleCertificate IV in Leisure and Health (desirable)Pro active and energetic self starter with strong customer service focusDemonstrated understanding and knowledge regarding the ACFI framework (desirable)Experience using a computerised Care Management System (desirable)An eagerness to grow and develop career in Aged CareOur Benefits & CultureRegis is proud to be an EEO employer.
