(CCOO)The CCOO is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of project execution for the company. This role plays a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, optimising efficiency, and ensuring the successful completion of projects on time and within budget. The c-suite executive will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including the Managing Director / CEO, Executive Leadership team, project managers, engineers, suppliers, and clients, to ensure seamless coordination and execution of construction operations.Reporting to the Managing Director / CEO, the CCOO will be responsible for the oversight of the construction operations of the Company, ensuring all projects stay on time and within the allotted budget. The CCOO functions in a cohesive, multi-disciplinary partnership model with the Executive Leadership Team, to create a Company culture which translates its values into everyday practice.The RoleProvide executive leadership, actively promote company culture and values and build a workforce committed to continuous improvement and wellbeing.Function effectively as part of the Executive Leadership team to work strategically and collaboratively with all disciplines across the Company building strong partnership both internally and externally.Actively participate in Performance Appraisal and Development process and engage in continuous learning and workplace improvement and innovation.Understand your broad responsibility for safety and quality in the construction sector, actively participate in continuous quality and safety improvement activities within the workplace.Qualifications Proven experience (15+ years) in project management within the construction or development industry.Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or a related field.
