Construction Project Coordinator

Time for you to be site-based, as opposed to being stuck in the office?This rapidly expanding Commercial Construction company is where you want to be.You will be an integral part of the team, working on multiple commercial fit-out projects at values upwards of $1.5 million. You will also assist in the company's expansion into commercial new builds in the new year. This is an opportunity to grow with a company as opposed to being just a number amongst multiple large teams.In this role, you will work closely with two Project Managers who are there to guide and support you. Plus you will be mentored by the company Directors who are experts in not only building but also the business of construction, which will fast-track your career to the next level.What is your goal? CA, Senior CA onto Project Manager? Work hard and you will be supported. It's up to you.The business has grown considerably over the last four years and as a result, their project sizes have tripled and they are developing a 'new builds' division. This is an opportunity to leverage your extensive experience in commercial fit-out as a bridge into a new sector.They are ISO accredited company with an excellent track record of quality and as a result have very strong relationships with their clients.The culture is one of transparency, support and drive. This is a site-based role with a requirement of half days every third Saturday. Requirements to be considered are you must have either a degree or diploma in construction and building. At least 1.5 years of experience as a Project Coordinator, in the commercial/fit-out or commercial new build sector.Local experience is a must and you will be required to work half days on Saturdays.
