Our client is a leading global construction and engineering company with offices in over 100 countries, dedicated to sustainable development and is seeking a talented front-end construction lawyer with 6-8 Years PQE. Responsibilities: Provision of varied legal advice to the region Provide an interface between the Regional Legal Team and the broader office community Participation in the development of legal resources for the region Support commercial management of high-risk projects for negotiation of contract and ongoing contractual requirements Assistance with claims management and support for the bid team with commercial and contractual negotiations The Successful Candidate will have: Current Australian legal practising certificate 6-8 years PQE Knowledge of construction law and the construction / infrastructure industry Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to understand cultural differences and approaches and adapt style for best outcome Identifies, understands, and proactively acts on issues, problems & opportunities To apply for this role please email your resume to Sandra Crawford at ****** and for a confidential discussion please call 0412 367 337.
