Executive Director Strategy and Organisational Reform Department of Water and Environmental Regulation Government - State (Government & Defence) As Western Australia's primary water and environmental regulator, the Department of Water and Environmental Regulation has a responsibility to be an influential and future-focused organisation. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Deputy Director General of Strategy and Performance to drive the transformation of our multi-year strategy into actionable annual business plans. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing organisational systems, policies, processes, and business insights to enhance our prioritisation, decision-making, and overall performance.The ideal candidate will possess extensive executive experience, demonstrating a successful track record in shaping large-scale, complex initiatives. Your expertise should span program planning and change management, strategic communications, stakeholder engagement, and the execution of significant reform programs, including digital transformation.
