You will collaborate with stakeholders to craft strong information management frameworks, while leaning on your extensive experience to provide guidance to the team and the business on best practice in information management. And you'll do it as part of a high performing, diverse team where you can bring your authentic self to work every day. Here's how:You will Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the team, ensuring efficient workload management and prioritisation to meet customer needs and Technical Standards.You will oversee document control processes for accurate, compliant distribution of technical documents and records.You will collaborate with stakeholders and customers, to understand requirements and deliver high-quality services, adhering to relevant standards and mitigating potential risks or impacts to project timelines.You will drive process improvements and implement quality assurance measures to enhance the accuracy and reliability of technical documents and data.You will ensure the accurate and timely delivery of technical information utilising CAD tools, drawing management systems, project control processes, and contract delivery models.You will create or develop and propose solutions by analysing data/information from the drawing management system. Your expertiseYour expertise:Formal qualifications in Information/Document Management, or equivalent discipline, preferably at Degree level (or equivalent professional experience).Significant experience in a document control, system administration and/or drawing management role in an owner operator environment, including experience with SmartPlant Foundation (SPF) and ideally Hexagon SDx.Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience.Demonstrate strong data/information customer service relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
