Mandatory qualifications and conditions • Tertiary qualification in environmental science, environmental engineering, environmental management, natural resource management or equivalent. Requirements of the role Knowledge and experience: Experience providing advice to support the delivery of infrastructure projects. Experience in identifying and responding to new and emerging environmental issues, and identifying strategies and developing, guidelines, policies and procedures to manage these issues. Skills and abilities: Researching and analysing problems, and identifying and developing informed solutions Ability to respond to pressure, acting decisively as the situation requires to achieve positive outcomes Effective and open communication, both orally and in writing and strong interpersonal skills with an ability to collaborate and educate internal and external stakeholders on complex environmental matters Attributes: Adaptability and flexibility Patience and resilience Open mindedness For further information please refer to the Role Description and Applicant Guide.
