We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Mobile Device Manager to join our Global Technology Operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the management, maintenance, and optimization of our mobile solutions, ensuring seamless operation and support across our global organization. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the management, support, troubleshooting, and optimization of current mobile solutions, while planning for future requirements. Manage relationships with mobile carriers and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective rate plans for North America and the Rest of the World (RoW). Administer mobile applications, profiles, and policies, including testing and provisioning. Manage the Apple Business Manager and ensure compliance with corporate device policies. Develop and maintain up-to-date Mobile Device Policy documentation and create procedural and workflow documentation related to mobile devices. Assist the Mobile Device Support Specialist with daily tasks and workloads as necessary. Lead efforts to improve processes continuously and revamp the Mobile Service Request customer portal. Handle mobile device-related support tickets, delegating to other teams when appropriate. Collaborate with MDM administrators to optimize MDM policies and setup. Oversee mobile device procurement and maintain an accurate asset inventory. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree from a 4-year college or university. A minimum of 5 years of experience in global mobile device management. Proven experience working with wireless carriers and Mobile Device Management (MDM) applications. Familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory and Apple Business Manager. Proficient in managing iOS and Android devices. Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to interact with all levels of personnel. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. High level of resourcefulness, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Capable of managing multiple concurrent tasks with minimal supervision. Effective team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Experience with ticketing systems and asset management is preferred. Fluent in English, both speaking and writing.
