Legal Counsel / In House Lawyer

About the Role: This newly created role will report into our Chief Commercial and Legal Officer and will be a great role for someone is commercially minded and has a passion to work for a small but ambitious renewable energy organisation. Particulars of the role include: Senior legal advisor to the business for commercial contracts and supply agreements, OEM contracts to large scale energy projects and IP protection Continued development of our suite of corporate policies Management of our risk register Support to the Company Secretariat function including investor relations What's on offer?
