Contact Center Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

Disney is seeking a Contact Center Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Melbourne, Victoria, AU. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:- Manage a team of contact center agents to ensure top-notch customer service delivery- Develop and implement strategies to improve contact center efficiency and service quality- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team members' skills and knowledge- Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide solutions in a timely manner- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and implement innovative solutions to improve operations- Foster a positive and inclusive team culture that promotes collaboration and teamwork

Requirements:- Proven experience in contact center management or a similar customer service role- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Adaptable and energetic personality traits- Strong analytical skills with a focus on continuous improvement- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment- Ability to work remotely and manage a distributed team effectively- Parental leave, remote work flexibility, and company equipment provided- Equal opportunity employer
