Remote Client Relations Representative

Job Description:

Envision Healthcare Holdings is seeking a remote Client Relations Representative to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, AU. This part-time role at the Associate level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.

As a Remote Client Relations Representative, your primary responsibility will be to establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded. You will be the main point of contact for client inquiries, feedback, and concerns, and will work closely with internal teams to address and resolve any issues that may arise.

In addition to client relations, you will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for expansion and growth within your client base, as well as assisting in the development and implementation of strategic plans to achieve company objectives. Strong project management skills will be essential in this role, as you will be expected to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.

The ideal candidate for this role will be energetic, dedicated, and adaptable, with a passion for providing excellent customer service. You must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
