Job details

Trusted, Iconic Brand | Developing Region | Customer & Performance Focus Born and bred on the Eyre Peninsula over 70 years ago, our client, Ramsey Bros, has established itself as the state's most trusted partner for today's farmer. Now operating six dealerships across South Australia, the family owned and operated business is deeply embedded in local community; not only providing genuine support, value for money services and top of the range equipment, they are firmly focussed on helping to drive more sustainable agricultural practices and giving back to local charities, schools and service groups through volunteering efforts.

We are seeking a highly proficient and committed Branch Manager to oversee the day-to-day management and operations of Ramsey Bros' flagship Murray Bridge branch.  In ensuring and improving the performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability of the site, the Branch Manager will champion Ramsey Bros' core values, leverage their interpersonal communication and negotiation skills to maintain existing and establish new stakeholder relationships, and emit superior leadership and people management skills to ensure the effective and efficient performance, wellbeing and, ultimately, overall satisfaction of their employees.

Reporting to the Group Branch Executive, the Branch Manager will contribute to the development and implementation of organisational strategies, policies and practices; have direct oversight of the Parts and Service department managers, Administration and Sales teams; contribute to the development of sales and marketing strategies; and actively and positively promote the professional image of Ramsey Bros as the preferred supplier and service provider to agricultural machinery users.

Success in this role will be assured with prior experience in managing a multi-faceted branch, coupled with financial aptitude, superior organisation skills, commitment to achieving organisational goals and motivation to drive and grow the business.  Applications are encouraged from those seeking to relocate to the region experiencing significant urban development, as well as those who already live in the area or are willing to commute the short one-hour drive from Adelaide.

Applications close at 5:00pm on Friday, 26 April 2024. Telephone enquiries to Nick Stillwell are welcome on . To apply, please click the link above and submit your CV and Cover Letter.
