Play a key role in coordinating and shaping non-financial risk reporting and the Risk Management Group's Risk Committee, as part of our Business Operational Risk Management team which is a Line 1 risk team focused on non-financial risks in the Line 2 risk function.

What role will you play? You will shape our internal non-financial risk reporting and agenda for the Risk Committee, involving collaboration with key stakeholders, overseeing specific deep dives, and coordinating the Risk Committee as the Committee's Secretary. You will leverage your experience in analysing operational risk to provide Senior Management with insights and foresight, drive the development of new metrics that allow us to objectively assess our risk against target (such as Key Risk Indicators or Control Performance Indicators) and oversee delivery of existing risk profile reports to the Risk Management Group divisions.

About the Risk Management Group In our Risk Management Group, you will be part of an independent, and centralised function, responsible for independent and objective review and challenge, oversight, monitoring and reporting in relation to Macquarie's material risks. Our divisions include behavioural risk, compliance, credit, financial crime risk, internal audit, market risk, operational risk and governance, prudential risk, and Risk Management Group central.
