Your expertise in project management, leadership, and change management will be critical in guiding the organization through this exciting transformational journey.
Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive project plan to transition from a software and service solution provider model to an agency model, including clear goals, milestones, and deliverables. Lead a cross-functional project team, providing guidance, direction, and support throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate with key stakeholders, including executives, department heads, and team members, to define project requirements, scope, and success criteria. Implement effective change management strategies to ensure organizational readiness and minimize resistance to change. Proactively identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies, taking corrective actions to keep the project on track. Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and expenditures, optimizing resource utilization and ensuring cost-effectiveness. Foster a collaborative and high-performing project team culture, encouraging innovation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement. Ensure successful delivery of project outcomes, meeting quality standards and exceeding provider and client expectations. Provide regular project status updates, reports, and presentations to executives and stakeholders, keeping them informed of progress and challenges. Evaluate project performance, lessons learned, and conduct post-project reviews to identify opportunities for future enhancement prior to roll out to the US and other regions. Qualifications and Skills Bachelor's degree in project management, PMP or PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable. Proven experience as a Project Manager, leading complex and transformative projects within the technology sector. In-depth knowledge or project management methodologies, tools, and best practices. Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Solid understanding of change management principles and experience in driving organizational change. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to make informed decisions in a dynamic environment. Financial acumen and experience in managing project budgets and resources. Adaptability and a passion for continuous learning, keeping up with industry trends and emerging technologies.
