About Us Since starting in Perth in 2012 CMW Geosciences has expanded to 18 offices with 300 employees across Australia and New Zealand. We are hardworking downtoearth and passionate engineers and geologists who provide quality geotechnical site investigation analysis and design advice to the construction infrastructure and energy sectors.

As an undergraduate at CMW Geosciences youll be treated like an industry professional from the getgo. After completing the necessary training and inductions youll go out in the field to learn the practical field skills that form the basis of the technical work we do. Youll have access to senior technical staff to guide you through the early stages of your career and fasttrack your growth. Youll be exposed to the full project lifecycle to start to prepare you for a career from day one. Unlike larger organizations you wont be siloed into one stream of the business or handed lowresponsibility tasks. Youll be learning technical practical and project related skills.

What Youll Need To be studying towards a Civil Engineering Geology or Earth Science Degree

Ability to complete strenuous fieldwork tasks

Ability to travel when required

A full New Zealand or Australian drivers license

A desire to work outside with a love of rocks soil and geology

Good interpersonal skills

Exceptional organisation and communication skills both verbal and written
