Job Description:
We are looking for a talented and experienced Client Relations Manager to join our team at WestRock in Sydney, New South Wales, AU. As a Client Relations Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and overall satisfaction is achieved. You will act as the main point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and managing client accounts effectively.
Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and escalations- Identify client needs and recommend solutions to meet those needs- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention- Monitor client accounts and track progress towards goals- Provide regular updates to clients on project status and deliverables- Analyze client feedback and implement improvements to enhance customer experience- Conduct regular client meetings and reviews to assess performance and address any issues
Requirements:- 7 years of experience in client relations or a related field- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Resourceful and passionate about building relationships- Analytical thinker with creativity to develop innovative solutions- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding client expectations- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
