Client Relations Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

AECOM is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Client Relations Representative to join our team in Sydney, New South Wales. This is a part-time, entry-level position that offers the flexibility of remote work. We are looking for a hardworking and driven individual who is eager to learn and grow within our organization.

Responsibilities:- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely manner- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and deliver on client requests and projects- Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth within existing client accounts- Monitor and track client feedback and take proactive measures to address any issues that arise- Assist in the development of client proposals and presentations

Requirements:- No prior experience required, but a strong willingness to learn and grow- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think innovatively- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
