Remote Client Relations Officer

Job Description:

Windstream Holdings is seeking a Remote Client Relations Officer to join our team based in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. This is a part-time entry-level position that requires at least 1 year of experience in client relations or related fields. The ideal candidate will be adaptable and hardworking, possess excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills, and have a strong desire to provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and requests- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are being met in a timely and efficient manner- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services to existing clients- Monitor client satisfaction and address any concerns or feedback promptly- Prepare reports and presentations on client feedback, performance, and trends for management- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client relations

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field- At least 1 year of experience in client relations or a similar role- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite- Experience with CRM software is a plus
