Job Description:
Unum Group is currently seeking a Contact Center Associate to join our team on a remote, part-time basis in Melbourne, Victoria, AU. As a Contact Center Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through various communication channels.
Responsibilities:- Responding to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner- Assisting customers with product information, account inquiries, and issue resolution- Escalating complex customer issues to the appropriate department or team member for resolution- Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation in the company database- Upselling and cross-selling relevant products and services to customers- Participating in ongoing training and development to stay updated on company products, services, and policies- Meeting and exceeding customer service metrics and goals set by the company
Requirements:- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role- Confident and energetic personality traits- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Creativity and research skills to effectively problem solve and assist customers- Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote work environment- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
