The Opportunity - What you'll be doing. Working as part of our Engagement Team, the Pre-Sales Specialist (Lead Development Specialist is Cochlear's business tittle) will serve as a primary liaison with key third-party sales and marketing accounts, monitor quality and effectiveness, data compliance and process optimisation. The Pre-Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and qualifying marketing leads that result in opportunities from our direct-to-consumer campaigns and drive key strategic initiatives with our Third-Party providers. Account Co-ordination Leads and implements business improvement projects aligned with strategic plan priorities and portfolio accountabilities Provide coaching to key accounts and identifying areas of improvement through analysis of trends and metrics to call centre agents and Engagement Team to Consistently achieve weekly quotas of lead contact volumes and associated lead management metrics Monitor consumer facing call quality and process efficiency that meets legal and regulatory compliance Interface closely with sales and consumer marketing teams to provide insight/recommendations into development of consumer facing material and campaign execution Consistently achieve weekly quotas of lead contact volumes and associated lead management metrics Consumer Communication Own, create and process leads within Salesforce, working to qualify prospects to drive qualified leads to the Engagement team. Interact and provide general information with prospects via telephone, email, post and other consumer channels. Take part in the development of scripts across all consumer facing communication channels Identify process improvements and strategies that increase conversion rates, and increased lead responsiveness Create training material and process flows for lead management Data Management & Administrative Support Analysis of leads and conversions as it relates to market growth and market share Provide closed-loop feedback between Engagement team, marketing and Field Teams to ensure continuous process optimisation and identification of growth initiatives Who are we looking for? The ideal candidate will hold experience in a sales environment or target driven customer facing role which included process improvement or account management responsibilities. They will demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills displayed across diverse demographics and experience building and nurturing internal and external stakeholder relationships. This role requires the ability to work in a high-energy metric driven sales team environment, technical fluency with an advanced level of comfort with web based and interactive tools will see you thrive in this role.
