ABOUT YOUR ROLE The role of the At Home (AH) State Manager is to lead, develop and inspire a team of high performing District Sales Managers and Business Development Executives to flawlessly execute customer and channel business plans that achieve the volume, profit, and share objectives of Channel and State. This is a critical leadership role for one of the biggest teams we have in the AH Channel. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Leading the execution of the At Home plan in the state, ensuring volume and net contribution targets are achieved. Providing direction and coaching to all team leaders to ensure wider people development, safety and engagement. Leading a team of sales professionals to deliver sales and market excellence through best practice execution. Oversee expense, budget, and indirect cost management for the sales team and other state-based assets. Driving and enhancing customer relationships through aligned plans, routines, and drumbeats Collaborate with CCEP stakeholders in delivering calendar and customer outcomes through activation and compliance. Provide direction & prioritisation in the management of state-based events, activations, and commercial opportunities. LET'S TALK ABOUT YOU! Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and influence stakeholders at multiple levels of organization. Ability to build outstanding internal and external relationships through a collaborative approach. Strong knowledge of CCEP's business strategy, processes, systems, and policies Ability to demonstrate strategic leadership and a proactive approach to problem solving Extensive experience driving and delivering executional excellence with customers.
