ABOUT YOUR ROLE ASAP start  Interstate travel - on average 1-2 trips per month with varying lengths of time. Hybrid work model - When not travelling the expectation (at this time) would be office Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and from home Wednesday & Friday if required.   In Australia, Our Vending function is responsible for the end-to-end management of more than 10,000 Vending Machines across Australia and is looking for a State Operations Manager (NSW & QLD) to join our Vending operations Team at. This role is responsible for leading the teams that ensure our Stores (Vending Machines) are Clean, Filled and Ready to Sell the products our consumers love every day. We are looking for a highly motivated, operational focused self-starter who can build superior relationships with our people. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING  This role will involve: Providing strong, positive and engaging leadership to the Operations Team, which includes our employees and fulfilment contractors. Providing a safe working culture that focuses on both embedding Safe Work Practices and governing strong compliance to Chain of Responsibility. Embedding operational standards, routines and implementing a Development & Capability Plans within the State Operations Teams that focus on ensuring our stores are cleaned, filled and working for our customers and consumers. Developing and implementing programs to improve engagement and interaction with internal stakeholders which include Supply Chain, Call Centre, Equipment Services, Security and the Automated Retail Sales teams. Achieving Cost to Serve budgets through embedding a disciplined and structured management routine and culture focussed on continuous optimisation of the fulfilment network. Achieving operational service targets with an understanding of how to plan, implement and execute operational excellence. Managing a large operational budget with the ability to meet cost reduction targets. Influencing and managing relationships across a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders. Delivering value through productivity improvements by refining process and implementing continuous improvement.
