The purpose of this role is to manage your own significant portfolio of constructions clients; taking a pro-active approach to all aspects of account management and service delivery.

Key accountabilities include: 

Describing insurable risk to your clients, designing appropriate insurance solutions and negotiating and managing the best deal in the global insurance market for them.Managing relationships with our underwriting partnersManaging your own budget, sales plan and debtorsProviding mentoring and coaching to more junior employeesDriving new business developmentPromoting the Gallagher brand within the local business community, the region and nationallyThis is a great opportunity and to be considered, we are seeking a min of 5 years' experience in a similar role, ideally with exposure to large construction accounts plus:
