Aboutthe role We'relooking for an experienced Technical Sales Representative to join ourMeasurement Team. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of ouraccelerated bonus scheme, with a generous base salary, car allowance, companylaptop and mobile phone provided. Your role is to grow revenue, develop newbusinesses and maintain client relationships as we grow. Based at our Willettonoffice in WA

Establish rapport with new customers to achieve your personal sales budget through prospecting, cold calling, following up on referrals/web leads and setting up appointments with key decision makers.Develop deep product knowledge to be able to sell and make recommendations to prospects and clients on customised solutions that best meet their needs.Research competitor and industry activity and keep informed of new products/services and other general information of interest to customers incorporating this data into your sales process. Actively develop relationships and sales opportunities with new and existing customers from both company provided and self-generated leads including working with other sales team members to formulate tender responses with-in timeframes.Achieve targets for sales revenue, gross profit and sales activity (i.e. prospecting activities, quotes generated, customer appointments, etc) as set by your managerProvide accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts and ensure that all sales activities are recorded in a CRM database in a timely and accurate manner.Skills& Experience: Trade or Engineering background would be advantageous but not essential  Exemplary customer service skills, positive, proactive and can-doattitude with strong accuracy and attention to detail in completing andfollow through on all aspects of the sales process Demonstrable sales achievement record of annual sales targets of upto $1 million per year or higher Experience in a capital sales role/role which sold a technicalrange of products and solutions and have ongoing relationships with amultitude of industries that supply or distribute FMCG, Capital Equipment.Engineering backgrounds is desirable Competitive remuneration package, including participation in a sales incentive program.Career: Career progression within a multinational business.Culture: A professional safety culture which also actively embraces and promotes diversity and inclusionHealth: access to Employee Assistant Program and a partnership with well-being solutions provider, Wherefit, to enable employees to access discounts for gyms, active-wear, healthy meals, health supplements and moreFinancial: An Employee Referral Program offering an incentive of up to $2000 if you successfully refer someone for a vacant role.Bonus birthday day offFor your opportunity to be part of a truly dynamic, supportive organisation with a great company culture, please apply now.
