OUTCO ltd have an exciting newKickstart IT Support Assistant opportunity based in Doncaster Kickstart IT Support Assistant job summary: The primary purpose of the IT Support Assistant role is to support and maintain the integrity and efficient operation of the company's business critical systems. You will report to the IT Manager working in a small team providing 1st line support, basic data manipulation, reporting and range of other CRM related tasks. Trouble shooting & escalating IT issues.
You will work as the cutting edge of Microsoft & bespoke geolocational technologies.
- Provide 1st line support to 240+ users across a few of the company IT systems
- Provide basic user training, support, advice, and feedback as and when necessary
- Support the development, deployment and maintenance new software and related updates
- Maintain and support the efficient operation of all software, hardware, networks and operating systems
- Ensuring user and business conformity to the company IT policy
- Maintain conformity to the data protection act
- Adherence with software licensing laws
