Suncorp Group is looking for a motivated Personal Banker to provide outstanding levels of sales and service to our customers. Join our team at our Parramatta branch on a permanent basis. This is a flexi part-time role offering a minimum of 20 hours per week. Our Parramatta Branch is open Monday to Saturday. The Successful candidate will be required to work 1 Saturday each fortnight. Our Personal Bankers provide outstanding levels of sales and service to our customers within our customer channel at Suncorp. In this role, you will interact with customers in line with our connect conversation framework, ensuring all interactions are conducted with the customer's best interests at heart.
What you'll do Interact with customers in line with our connect conversation framework, ensuring all interactions are conducted with the customers best interests at heart.Provide brilliant interactions to help build the futures & protect what matters for our customers, both through digital and telephony channels.Resolve customers queries first time so that they don't need to contact us again for the same purpose regardless of the channel where you are interacting with the customer.Make the right decisions & do the right thing for our customers in accordance with process, procedures & risk appetite.Contribute to growth in the bank, across both lending and deposit portfolio's as well as through effective insurance interactions for customers.What you'll bring Attention to detail - accurately checking and processing tasks and showing concern for all aspects of the role.Change Management - ability to recognise, understand and support need for change and anticipate the impact on both the team and self.Planning and organising skills - establishing a process to complete goals (either personal or for others) and allocating appropriate resources to achieve such goals.Problem solving - ability to seek out information and break down problems and situations into simple lists of components, options or alternatives.Rapport Building - use interpersonal style to establish and develop relationships.What we can offer you Suncorp's employee benefits are designed to support, empower and reward our people.
