Your new role

Working with the Business Principal this role will see you providing holistic advice to existing clients. This will include doing client reviews and new statements of advice. Key performance indicators for the role include: 2 new clients per month Increase services to existing clients Rating on client surveys Marketing emails to clients 2 referrals from brokers and accountants per month Adherence to compliance requirements Develop strategic competencies, through attendance at CPD events What you'll need to succeed Certified Financial Planner Proven ability to achieve targets Exceptional client relationship management skills Strong commercial acumen Previous experience working with support staff Can do attitude Systems savvy Willing to work 5 days in the office, Melbourne CBD based What you'll get in return Join an award-winning firm with a bustling volume of satisfied clients Respect for your advisory skills plus the opportunity for you to continue to develop your skills Base salary of $150,000 plus super plus bonus Potential for equity Great support for paraplanning team and bespoke financial planning software Professional, high-performing and welcoming office environment What you need to do now
