We are seeking a full-time, permanent IT professional in the role of Business Applications Engineer focused on the provision of reliable, efficient and well-supported core business applications and platforms.

Our Purpose AISNSW is the peak body supporting and representing independent schools in NSW and provides a range of services across NSW and ACT. What will you do? The broader role of the Business Applications Engineer at AISNSW typically involves working with internal staff and key external stakeholders to support their day-to-day use of our existing business applications. 

Working as part of the Technology Team, the role plays a key part in ensuring our legacy and future business applications are well-supported as the organisation undergoes a period of significant digital transformation.

What qualifications will you need? Depth of experience providing L1, 2 and 3 administration and support of core business processes facilitated by:

QualtricsConnX HR and RecruitmentSage 300What will be your key responsibilities? Maintaining the current business applications particularly, Microsoft Dynamics CRM and SharePoint WebsiteResponding to internal and external service requests and incident reports Performing root cause analysis to resolve problems Updating reports and viewsLiaising with vendor partners if required to escalate and resolve issuesProviding training to the Service Desk team in order to triage Level 1 requestsUpdating configuration settings of business applications to meet business requirements Willingness to provide overflow support of our ICT service desk for more general IT requests Other duties as required by the Chief Executive.What skills and attributes will you have?
