Utilise your advanced problem solving and analysis skills to support enterprise platforms, uncover areas for improvements and recommend solutions using reusable components where available. ASUP 4*

Work with key stakeholders and apply standard techniques and tools for developing user stories and eliciting user experience requirements, to achieve business outcomes. UNAN 4*

Develop and implement technical solutions to meet client needs by working within limitations of the tools available. SWDN 4*

Lead the management and support of enterprise information systems including upgrades and development of low complexity solutions for clients. PROD 4*

This role requires you to support the Principal Applications Specialist in delivering a program of work using standard enterprise tools, primarily using Microsoft Power Platform, to automate business processes and provide low complexity tactical solutions for internal customers. You will also be providing leadership and expertise in managing existing corporate information systems namely eDOCS and ServiceNow.

Other duties

Resolve technical issues within supported applications by collaborating with Service Desk and other IT teams.

Lead routine maintenance tasks and system administration activities to maintain reliable and effective operation of supported applications.

Create, review and update IT documentations for applications, policies and procedures.

Perform quality assurance of new applications to ensure industry standards are met for functionality and usability. Lead incident management and resolution activities for applications.
