About the role
Joining our dynamic Resources and Energy team, you'll experience a challenging yet rewarding work environment where no two days are the same. You will work alongside our Lead consultant assisting sourcing high calibre candidates.This will involve creating and managing talent pipelines, conducting initial phone screens, and introducing top-tier candidates to our consultants for consideration. Additionally, you'll assist with reference checking, resume formatting, job advertising, and other administrative tasks to support the team's workflow. At the same time, you'll have opportunities to learn from and collaborate with seasoned professionals in the field, honing your skills and advancing your career in the process.
Key Criteria Strong at building relationships in person and over the phoneHave relevant Sales, Customer Service, HR, or Admin experiences.Engineering, Mining sector experience an advantage.Recruitment experience an advantage but not essentialStrong administration and database management skillsProficiency using MS Office SuitePersonality is the key; you are friendly and outgoing.Be hard working with the drive to succeed.
