The role:

We want you to support our ambition to grow our white label partnerships business and help drive development of new consumer lending and payments products and partnerships that will realise this ambition. This newly-created role will be actively involved in driving new products, distribution and white label partnerships, from initiation of strategic conversations through to their delivery.

Essential Capabilities Cross-functional understanding of a lending and/or payments business, including understanding of key profitability driversAble to research and build presentation decks to deliver a clear and concise message.Technical understanding of product delivery, including working with relevant teams to finalise CX,UX and technical briefs supporting new product delivery.Able to work independently to high quality.High-level financial modellingComfortable with ambiguity and willing to take on diverse opportunities. The role and day-to-day will include :

The core function of this role is to support the development of new products and partnerships through the lifecycle from inception to launch; this will include involvement in a diverse range of tasks including:

supporting development of initial proposals for merchant and white label partnershipsattending partner meetings and ensuring agreed actions are captured and delivereddeveloping and maintaining a library of market, strategy, and product material to enable the fast development of partner-specific pitch material on-demandsupply of detailed information to the Partner to showcase NAB's capabilities and expertise, including investigating and answering specific questions during the discovery and development phasesmanagement of customer and market research to support proposition developmentacting as product manager during the discovery, briefing and development phase of new product launches

Experience

Minimum 5-7 years' experience within Financial ServicesExperience with Unsecured Lending essentialPartnership management experience preferred. A diverse and inclusive workplace works better for everyone.
