ABOUT YOUR TEAM AND ROLE Reporting to the Director of Supply Chain Solution, the role is to lead the delivery of supply chain solutions into the APS geographies (Australia, New Zealand, Pacific Islands, Indonesia and Papa New Guinea) in a matrix management manner, working with the wider Supply Chain Solutions delivery owners and teams to ensure global and local solutions are scoped, owned and delivered successfully in line with the strategic priorities. The role also requires close partnerships with the APS Supply Chain Business Partnering, and Global Business Partnering teams, as well have managing local business stakeholders where appropriate. The role exists to increase the delivery of value for CCEP through the successful delivery of the supply chain portfolio of programmes and project into the APS geographies, which forms part of the wider global remit of the team WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Coordinate delivery portfolio in Supply Chain Solutions in CCEP APS geographies and ensure performance meets expectations of all stakeholders including control of CAPEX spend plan in coordination with his/her peers in Supply Chain SolutionsGovern and oversee all programs and projects in Supply Chain Solutions within CCEP APS, including all dependent and supported projects.Build and maintain effective CCEP delivery ways of working and governance with strategic delivery partners to ensure delivery to quality, time and costBuild strong relationships and a collaborative environment with stakeholders across CCEP APS to enable successful outcomes: Business Partners, Service Delivery, Vendor Management, Procurement, as well as other teams across CCEP, especially where it will enhance the outcomes for CCEP as a business.Work closely and collaboratively with the Team Director and Lead Delivery Owners team within Supply Chain Solutions to ensure programs and projects are set up for successful outcomes.Oversee the team setup and collaboration of the headcount of Supply Chain Solutions project participants in APS, encompassing both internal BPT and CCEP's delivery partners, upholding and promoting CCEP's values and ways of working.Proactively engage with relevant Business Partners to support the Supply Chain Portfolio Manager and Lead Delivery Owners to build of the annual ABPProactively work with program and project managers to keep the required level of financial consistency & accuracy in coordination with Lead Portfolio Manager and local PMO Resource ManagementMaintain a structured overview on availability and utilization of all resources managed within the team portfolio.Align a team portfolio plan for resources in collaboration with Lead Delivery Owners and the team director.Proactively coordinate and support the resource managers with internal processes and policies.Work in close collaboration with the resource managers to identify needs for education and coordinate training.Support people development for all members of Supply Chain Solutions in APS.Drive harmonization and continuous improvement in ways of working across the team portfolio.Identify activities and missing capabilities that would enhance and/or de-risk the delivery of the team portfolio, collaborating with the Lead Delivery Owners to prioritize and action such improvements.LET'S TALK ABOUT YOU! To be successful in this role you will have: Degree in computer science, business, engineering, or a comparable degreeDesirable qualification in Project or Programme Management including Agile.Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT roles in a related and comparable positionsExperience in the management and development of medium to large-scaled teams, in international environments combining internal and external expertiseStrong experience in IT Programme and project delivery in Supply Chain areaExperience in building, leading, and developing ways of working within a complex global IT environmentExperience in the consumer product market, beverage industry or logistics (a plus)Experience in budget and annual business planning proceduresKnowledge in the following domains: Supply Chain Program/project management, IT Delivery management, Logistics (a plus)Knowledge of current IT trends and market developments (SAP a plus)Strong Leadership behaviour in a changing business environmentHigh communication skills and assertiveness and negotiation skillsWilling to undertake business travels.Flexibility to adapt working hours for overlapping with Europe 2-3 days per weekDiverse and Inclusive leadershipWHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
