About the Role:
We are seeking a Full time Pharmacist to join the team in Albury/ Wodonga who won Victorian Pharmacy of the year for their banner group. This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the fastest growing pharmacy brands that is constantly evolving to find better ways of delivering health, beauty and medicinal products and services to their valued customers. As a pharmacist, your role will involve assisting the 4 other pharmacists in the day to day running of the store. The pharmacy has the largest regional ROWA robot dispensing machine as well as automated methadone dispensing. The retail manager also looks after store staff rostering (not dispensary) and general running of the FOS. The team consists of full time pharmacists, part time pharmacists, full time stock controller, dispense technicians and pharmacy staff. You will have all the support you need to be a pharmacist who enhances the customer experience and health outcomes of each patient.
About Our Ideal Candidate:
* You hold a current unrestricted pharmacist registration with AHPRA
* You have retail experience including staff supervision
* You have substantial customer service experience and a record of having achieved high levels of customer satisfaction
* You have a high level of commercial acumen, with the ability to make decisions which improve the bottom line of the store
* You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* You have good time management and organisational skills
* You have good attention to detail
* You are able to work in a busy team environment
* Pharmacist of all levels are welcome to apply
About the Location:
This pharmacy is located in the city of Albury/ Wodonga, on the border of VIC and NSW. This is a quintessential Australian town, home to approximately 150,000 residents. It has its own airport with regular flights to and from major cities. Its primary industry is agriculture and farming with a large cattle market. It offers a wonderful sense of community and culture to its residents with a plethora of activities, sports and other clubs on offer including but not limited to football, Aussie rules clubs, cycling clubs, a horse racing club, golf courses, theatre, soccer teams/ clubs, it's own TV station and three commercial radio stations.
About the Offer:
We offer a competitive salary, and we are open to negotiating relocation and accommodation assistance. The work schedule entails 38-40 hours per week, including working alongside three other pharmacists on Wed-Fri from 10:30am to 7pm and being the sole pharmacist on duty on Saturdays and Sundays from 9am to 4pm.
