Job Description About your new company:

About your new role:
Reporting to the General Manager, you will be able to lead and motivate staff, with highly effective people skills. You will be mainly focused on ensuring that the product is manufactured, available and delivered to the customer correctly and on time. Other responsibilities will include but won't be limited to -
•Ensure the smooth running of Production and various other departments
•Reviewing process flow and making improvements as required
•Reporting and CAPEX planning
•Site and Plant Maintenance Management
•WHS
•Quality Management System
About you:
•Sound experience, at Management level, in manufacturing, logistics, supply chain, inventory & demand planning and warehouse management
•Extensive knowledge of Lean Manufacturing processes
•Ability to implement change and manage the efficient and efficient operation of all product lines
•Qualification in Mechanical Engineering/Production or Operations Management and textiles/filtration experience would be highly regarded
•Sound working knowledge and understanding of the WHS/Quality System is critical
•Able to effectively plan/prioritise, work effectively under pressure and meet demanding and conflicting deadlines
•Computer skills especially around MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint essential
