About your new job
The responsibilities of the role will include but not limited to:
•Monitor invoice inboxes and prepare invoices for processing
•Identify any discrepancies and problem invoices
•Reconciliation of accounts
•Prepare and issue outgoing invoices
•Liaising with internal and external stakeholders regarding pricing and incorrect details
•Other general administrative tasks as required
About you
The ideal candidate will have:
•Previous exposure in accounts receivable or invoicing
•Problem-solving skills
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•High level of accuracy and attention to detail
•Professional demeanour when engaging with internal/external stakeholders
•Ability to multi-task
•Knowledge of Microsoft packages
